The room was clean, but the area felt unsafe at night.

the location was great because it was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore boston. the staff were super nice and helpful during our stay. we liked how the rooms were clean and decent for the price. overall, it served its purpose since we weren't spending much time at the hotel.

Great stop for a break on long journey

Clean room, convenient location, the sink and towels were great, making our stay easy with quick access to breakfast and decent wifi. being just 500 meters from Powell Street made exploring the area extremely simple.

The fan was not strong enough for how hot it was during mid-July.

The couple who run Boston Hotel are incredibly friendly and even let us use the en-suite bathroom rather than the shared one, which was really nice! The bed was super comfy, and the room was generally clean, making our stay quite pleasant overall.

Had a nice time unwinding in the cozy lounge with complimentary coffee and diving into the heated pool! They offer great relaxation spots like the spa and a serene garden. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, but it didn't dampen our stay. 😊

The Double Room with Private Bathroom provided a sense of security with personal key access. The room was freshly painted, and the bathroom looked nice. However, my experience was marred by a terrifying incident where someone attempted to enter our room late at night, leading us to leave at 3:45 AM. Additionally, bed bugs caused serious rashes for both of us, forcing us to dispose of our belongings.
